GUIDELINES - DIRECTRICES

Our life is extended more than ever between light and shadow, pain and hope, violence and love. We are all here to sail the stormy waters around us together. Let’s try to replace bullets by tears and hate by care and compassion.  If we had to resume its essence in a nutshell we would say: PLEASE SEE THE OTHER WITHOUT APPLYING SOCIAL CATEGORIES

If you participate in an ARCA community service (large group, lecture, Social Dreaming Matrix, Opening and Closing, Panel) or at a workshop, you are cordially invited to practise respect and listening with the heart and the mind. This means

1. to talk primarily about yourself

2. to avoid judging or interpreting others

3. to avoid violent behaviour as it is potentially harmful and reduces the freedom of dialogue in an intolerable way.

4. to support each other here, in these four days together. 

5. to be aware of the need of self-care and self-regulation: not to go further than you like to go, to take care of yourself as well.

If we had to resume its essence, we would say: PLEASE RESPECT!

Nuestra vida se extiende más que nunca entre la luz y la sombra, el dolor y la esperanza, la violencia y el amor. Todos estamos aquí para navegar juntos las aguas turbulentas que nos rodean. Intentemos reemplazar las balas por lágrimas y el odio por el cariño y la compasión. Si tuviéramos que resumir su esencia en pocas palabras, diríamos: POR FAVOR, MIRA AL OTRO SIN APLICAR CATEGORÍAS SOCIALES.

Si participa en un servicio comunitario de ARCA (Grupo grande, conferencia, Social Dreaming Matrix, apertura o clausura, simposio) o en un taller, está cordialmente invitado a practicar el respeto y a escuchar con el corazón y la mente. Esto significa:

1. hablar principalmente de si mismo.

2. evitar juzgar o interpretar a los demás.

3. evitar el comportamiento violento, ya que es potencialmente dañino y reduce la libertad de diálogo de forma intolerable.

4. apoyarse mutuamente en estos cuatro días juntos.

5. Ser consciente de la necesidad de autocuidado y autorregulación: no ir más allá de lo que desea, y cuidar también de si mismo.

Si tuviéramos que resumir su esencia, diríamos: POR FAVOR, RESPETO.

La nostra vita è più intrecciata che mai, tra luce e ombra, dolore e speranza, violenza e amore. Siamo tutti qui per navigare insieme le acque turbolente che ci circondano. Cerchiamo di sostituire i proiettili con le lacrime e l'odio con la gentilezza e la compassione. Se dovessimo riassumerne l'essenza in poche parole, diremmo: PER FAVORE, GUARDATE GLI ALTRI SENZA APPLICARE CATEGORIE SOCIALI.

Se partecipate a un servizio comunitario ARCA (Gruppo grande, Conferenza, Social Dreaming Matrix, Apertura o chiusura, simposio) o a un workshop, siete caldamente invitati a praticare il rispetto e ad ascoltare con il cuore e con la mente. Questo significa:

1. Parlare principalmente di sé stessi.

2. Evitare di giudicare o interpretare gli altri.

3. Evitare comportamenti violenti, poiché potenzialmente dannosi e che limitano in modo intollerabile la libertà di dialogo.

4. Sostenersi a vicenda durante questi quattro giorni insieme.

5. Siate consapevoli della necessità di prendervi cura di voi stessi e di autoregolarvi: non superate i vostri limiti e prendetevi cura di voi.

Se dovessimo riassumerne l'essenza, diremmo: PER FAVORE, RISPETTATEVI.
